You can develop effective training by combining distance lectures,
seminars and self-learning contents (multimedia contents) with group
training (training in Japan, third country training and in country
training). For example:
-Self-learning CD-ROM contents before group training.
-Follow up distance lecturer and seminar after the group training.
-Feature distance lectures and seminars during the group training.

You can provide more effective technical cooperation using distance
lectures according to needs from local sites. For example:
-Periodical video conferencing between overseas office and headquarters.
