We provide complete support so that even people who are not accustomed to IT-based education can utilize JICA-Net.
 JICA-Net Team |
| The JICA-Net Team that forms part of the JICA Social Development Dept. takes charge of the management and operation of the overall planning and implementation.
Effective and efficient operations are ensured by contacting each local office and each section.

 JICA-Net Producer |
| The JICA-Net Producer provides assistance to realize the ideas of the requested distance technical cooperation. By listening to the requests, total distance technical cooperation is produced from planning to preparation, execution and evaluation, and through to the production of teaching materials. |
 JICA-Net Operator |
| When conducting video conferences, distance lectures and so on, the JICA-Net Operator is in charge of operating the equipment at JICA-Net facilities.
At present, a JICA-Net Operator is placed in each JICA-Net Center in Tokyo, Okinawa, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Laos.

| Supervisor (at JICA) |
| The Supervisor is the decision-maker for each lecture or seminar. The Supervisor also provides advice and consultation for the ideas suggested by the Requester and helps the Requester to summarize their requests. |
| Requester |
| The Requester offers ideas based on
the conception of what he or she wants to do, thereby effectively
promoting the transfer of technical skills for a project. The Requester
then discusses the ideas with Supervisor at JICA and produces the
event plan. Refer to for

| Participant |
| The Participant can participate in the interactive education and communication to effectively promote the transfer of technical skills for the project in which they are involved.
